Cake Mix Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients
- 3 - 4 cups rhubarb, washed and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
- 3 oz box raspberry jello mix (dry)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 c butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray. Spread rhubarb evenly over the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle sugar evenly over rhubarb.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over the sugar, followed by dry jello mix. Pour water over the dish and then drizzle melted butter over top - do not mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before scooping into bowls and serving.
