Ingredients
- Add the following ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef - browned and drained
- 1 small onion - diced
- 2 stalks of celery diced
- 1 can niblets corn - undrained
- 1 can diced tomatoes - large
- 1 can black beans or kidney beans - drained and rinsed
- 1 can tomato sauce (7 1/2 oz)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- Several drops of hot sauce
- Enough water to make it soup-like but not over watered down

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Add onions and celery and cook about 2 minutes. If cooking on stove, use a dutch oven and simmer all ingredients for about 30 minutes.
If using a slow cooker 5 hours on low.
Serve with taco chips, sour cream and shredded cheese(of your liking- cheddar, tex-mex etc)
