Ingredients

    (8-ounce) packages cream cheese

  • 2/3

    cup heavy cream

  • 1/3

    cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1

    (16-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

  • 1

    (13.75-ounce) can artichoke hearts, rinsed and well drained

  • 2/3

    cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions

In food processor process the cream cheese, cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Add the spinach and process until thoroughly mixed. Add the artichokes and process until they are coarsely chopped. Put mixture into oven dish or into slow-cooker. Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours or until hot, sprinkle the top with the Monterey Jack cheese and continue to cook for 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. This can also be baked in a preheated 325°F oven for 1 hour.
