Hoisin Grilled Flank Steak with Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 1 T lemon juice
- 4 t minced garlic, divided
- 1 1/2 hoisin sauce
- 1 1lb flank steak
- Salt & pepper
- 4 oz udon noodles
- 1/2 C shredded carrots
- 1/2 C thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/2 C thinly sliced radishes
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 T dark sesame oil
- 1 T Sriracha
- 1 t soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill. Combine juice, 3 t garlic & hoisin sauce in small bowl Brush evenly over steak Sprinkle steak with salt & pepper. Grill 5 min per side. Place on cutting board & let stand 5 min. Cut across grain into thin slices.
Cook noodles according package directions. Drain & rinse with cold water. Place noodles, carrots, cucumber & radishes in large bowl. Combine remaining garlic, salt & pepper, vinegar & remaining ingredients in small bowl, stirring with whisk. Add vinegar mixture to noodles & toss. Cal. 316
