Ingredients

  • 1

    T lemon juice

  • 4

    t minced garlic, divided

  • hoisin sauce

  • 1

    1lb flank steak

  • Salt & pepper

  • 4

    oz udon noodles

  • ½

    C shredded carrots

  • ½

    C thinly sliced cucumber

  • ½

    C thinly sliced radishes

  • 2

    T rice wine vinegar

  • 1

    T dark sesame oil

  • 1

    T Sriracha

  • 1

    t soy sauce

Directions

Heat grill. Combine juice, 3 t garlic & hoisin sauce in small bowl Brush evenly over steak Sprinkle steak with salt & pepper. Grill 5 min per side. Place on cutting board & let stand 5 min. Cut across grain into thin slices. Cook noodles according package directions. Drain & rinse with cold water. Place noodles, carrots, cucumber & radishes in large bowl. Combine remaining garlic, salt & pepper, vinegar & remaining ingredients in small bowl, stirring with whisk. Add vinegar mixture to noodles & toss. Cal. 316
