Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Assemble Food Grinder using coarse grinding plate and attach to mixer. Turn to Speed 4 and grind broccoli and onion. Set aside.
Assemble Rotor Slicer/Shredder using fine shredder cone (No. 1) and attach to mixer. Turn to Speed 4 and shred cheese. Set aside.
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into mixer bowl. Add milk, eggs, and butter. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 1 minute.
Add broccoli mixture and cheese. Turn to Speed 2 and mix 30 seconds. Pour mixture into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 375°F for 60 to 75 minutes. Cut into 3-inch squares to serve.
