Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cup roasted nuts
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 4 cup rice cereal (bran chex)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse nuts and fruit
warm peanut butter or almond butter in a pan

Line large sheet pan with parchment paper

Stir everything together to coat

Smooth onto pan

Place sheet of wax paper over mixture and use a rolling pin to make an even layer

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into desired size squares. Place in container and refrigerator.
