Ingredients

  • 4

    handfuls of arugula

  • 2

    cups (500 ml) of sliced local strawberries

  • ½

    cup (125 ml) of pine nuts

  • ¼

    cup (60 ml) of Fennel Balsamic Dressing (or your choice of balsamic dressing)

Directions

Simply toss the arugula, strawberries, pine nuts and dressing together until well combined. That's it—it's that simple!
