Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 - 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (Kellyn uses breasts, too)
  • 1 t. minced garlic
  • 1 t. dried parsley
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1-1/2 t. dried rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well. Pour over chicken pcs.
and put in a ziplock bag. Marinate 1-24 hours. Remove chicken from marinade
and grill until done (165 deg. for about 10-12 min.)
