Step 1

In a blender add 1 c peeled chopped peaches that had been frozen, 1/4 peach schnapps and 2 tbsp. champagne, 2 tbsp. superfine sugar and 1 c small ice cubes and blend until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 glasses and top off each glass with 1/4 c plus 2 tbsp. champagne.
