- 1/2 cup flat beer
- 2 tbsp powdered milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups bread flour
- l 1/2 tsp yeast

Step 1
Place all ingredients in bread pan in order recommended by your bread machine instructions. Set machine for white bread, medium crust. Press Start.
