This is awesome! Included are 2 recipes for spreadable ganache that firms nicely and whipped ganache that can be used as a filling.

Ingredients
- Spreadable Ganache-
- 2 cups chocolate chips (chocolate chips with at least 53% cocoa)
- 3/4 cups heavy cream
- Whipped Ganache-
- 4 oz chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Spreadable Ganache- Heat cream to very hot over medium heat. Turn off heat just as it comes to a boil. Pour in chocolate. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then stir til smooth. Cool to room temp.
Whipped Ganache- Make it as above. Then chill in the fridge for 1 hour until thickened. Whip with a mixer and whisk attachment, slowly increasing speed to med- high. Whip until just light in color and fluffy in texture. Don't overwhip or it will be grainy.
