Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (sliced thin)
- 2 T oil
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 t minced ginger
- 14 C pineapple juice
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 C water
- 1/3 C soy sauce
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 1 T corn starch

Preparation
Step 1
Add oil to a large saute pan over med-high heat and cook chicken through. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20min. stirring occasionally. Make sure the lid is slightly tilted so some of the steam can escape.
