Ingredients

• Garnish:
• 1 1⁄2 oz Dos Lunas tequila
• 1 oz Bittermens Tepache liqueur
• 1 ⁄2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1 ⁄2 oz Simple syrup
• 4 dashes El Guapo Tex-Mex bitters
• Fresh grated cinnamon
• Glass: Martini

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake, and strain into Martini glass.

Garnish with freshly-grated cinnamon.
