- 1 c Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 t Spaghettata (Carter and Cavero Spices)
- 1/2 c Hojiblanca EVOO (Carter and Cavero)

Step 1
Add cheeses and Spaghettata to food processor. While the food processor is running, drizzle EVOO to desired spreawding consistency. Serve on toasted baguette slices, crackers, or bread sticks.
