Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients

• Icing:
• 4 eggs
• 1 2/3 C sugar
• 1 C veg. oil
• 1 can pumpkin
• 2 C flour
• 2 t baking powder
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 t cinnamon
• 1 t nutmeg
• 1 t salt
• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
• 1/2 C butter
• 2 C powered sugar
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F

Grease a 9x13 baking dish

Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until its fluffy. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and then combine. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 30min. Allow to cool in pan.

For the icing beat together to cream cheese and butter. Add the powdered sugar slowly and finish with the vanilla.
