2 Cans Black Eyed Peas
2 Cans Show Peg Corn
Small Chopped Onion
Red and Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 C Vinegar
1 C Oil
1/2 Bottle of Tiger Sauce (Hot sauce)
1 1/2 C Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix wet ingredients and pour over other ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight; drain and serve

Goes well with Tortilla Chips
