Ingredients

  • 2 small salmon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch®
  • 1 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh dill sprigs (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange salmon in large buttered baking dish; spread 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing over each steak. Sprinkle with dill and parsley. Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, 10 to 15 minutes. Place under broiler 45 to 60 seconds to brown. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
