Beef Tenderloin with Balsamic Asparagus

Ingredients
- 4 t olive oil
- 4 4oz beef tenderloins
- Salt & pepper
- /2 t paprika
- 1/4 t ground cumin
- 1/4 t.gar;ic powder
- 1 lb asparagus spears, cut into 1"lengths
- 2 t thyme leaves
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 2 t balsamic glaze

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 t olive oil in large skillet over med-hi heat
Sprinkle steaks evenly with 1/2 t salt, paprika, cumin & garlic powder. Pan sear steaks 5 min. each side.
Remove from pan & let stand 5 min.
Return pan to med-hi heat. Add 1 T olive oil. Add asparagus & saute 3 min. Add salt, pepper, thyme & mustard, tossing to coat. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
