Ingredients
- 5 lbs Russet of youkon gold potatoes
- 3/4 C. butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 - 3/4 C Half-and-half
- (1/2 - 1 tsp) Blk pepper
- 1 tsp Lawery's seasoning salt

Preparation
Step 1
350*
Peel & cut and boil potatoes (about 30min)

Drain in colander

Return to dry pot over low heat & mash

Turn off stove and add 1 1/2 sticks butter cream cheese & Half-N-Half~

Mash as much as posible

add pepper

Put in baking dish
Pats of Butter on top

When making a few days early.
Take out of fridge 2-3 hours early
Bake 350* 20-30 min until WARMED through
