Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2-3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix margarine, sugar and eggs thoroughly. Stir together flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt. Blend in. Form in 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
