Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 2 cans ( 28 oz each ) vegetarian baked beans
- 1 can ( 16 oz ) butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can ( 16 oz ) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can ( 14.5 oz ) fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion and pepper, cooke and stir until tender. Transfer to a slow cooker, stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered on low 5 - 6 hours or until heated through.
