  • 1/4 c sugar

Mix in a 6 quart cambro until dissolved and chill. Submerge whole chicken, or parts, or turkey parts in brine. 90mins to 2 hours for a whole chicken, 60 mins for chicken parts, maybe 90 mins for turkey parts?
