- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 ⁄4 cup onion, diced
- 1 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
- pepper to taste
- paprika, for garnish
