Homemade Ice Cream (cooked)

Ingredients

• Cook Slowly:
• 1/2 Gallon Whole Milk
• Beat until coats spoon, then add to milk:
• 12 Egg Yolks
• 1 3/4 C. Sugar
• 1/2 t. Salt
• Add to the above:
• 1/4 C. Vanilla
• 1 Quart half and half (cold)

Put all in ice cream maker.
