    1 lb. ground beef

    1 package taco seasoning

  • 3

    2 tblsp. Water

  • 4

    1 4oz. can chopped green chilies

  • 5

    1 package taco size flour tortillas

  • 6

    1 can ranch style beans, mashed

  • 7

    2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese

  • 8

    1 can mild enchilada sauce


Preheat oven to 350* Brown ground beef, drain. Mix taco seasoning and water in beef, cook until water evaporates. Remove from heat, add green chilies. Mash beans until you get a refried texture. Fill the tortillas with meat, beans and cheese Fold and lay in greased casserole dish. Pour enchilada sauce over burritos. Add any leftover meat mixture and cheese for topping Cover with foil Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with salsa, chips and sour cream if desired.
