Lamb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 Leg of lamb
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Clove of garlic, mashed
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary, crumbled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup Homey

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the marinade ingredients and place in a sealed plastic bag with the leg of lamb for 4 hours turning frequently.
May also be marinated overnight in the fridge.
