Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (refrigerated)
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (any kind)
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Butter the bottom of 9 x 13 pan
Place crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan ans spread evenly (up the sides too)
Sautee sausage and onions until sausage is crumbled and no longer pink
Place sausage/onions on the crescent roll layer
Top with cheese
Whip eggs & milk together, pour over the cheese layer
Bake for 20-25 minutes
