SUMMER RYE

It’s also good for winter, spring and fall.

Ingredients

  • Garnish:
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
  • 3 ⁄4 oz St-Germain
  • 1 ⁄4 oz Simple syrup
  • 3 ⁄4 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Fuji apple juice
  • 3 ⁄4 oz Champagne
  • 1 Apple cubes
  • Glass: Tumbler

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice.

Shake, and strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice.

Top with the Champagne and garnish with some apple cubes.
