MOURNING DOVES

Ingredients

• Garnish:
• 1 1⁄2 oz El Jimador reposado tequila
• 1 ⁄2 oz Amaro di Angostura
• 1 ⁄2 oz Maple syrup
• 1 ⁄2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
• 3 ⁄4 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1 ⁄4 oz Simple syrup
• Lemon wheel
• Glass: Rocks

Preparation

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large chunk of ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.
