Ingredients
- 4 4oz salmon filets
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 1 t garlic
- 1 T ginger
- 3 scallions (chopped)
- 1/4 C apple cider vinegar
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 C soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F
In a med. sauce pan over med-high heat add oil, garlic, ginger, and scallions. Cook until fragrant. Add the vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce and simmer about 5-7min. Glaze should be reduce by 1/4-1/2.
Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet and pour glaze over salmon and bake for 8-10min.
