    4oz salmon filets

    T toasted sesame oil

  • 1

    t garlic

  • 1

    T ginger

  • 3

    scallions (chopped)

  • 1/4

    C apple cider vinegar

  • 2

    T brown sugar

  • 1/4

    C soy sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 450F In a med. sauce pan over med-high heat add oil, garlic, ginger, and scallions. Cook until fragrant. Add the vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce and simmer about 5-7min. Glaze should be reduce by 1/4-1/2. Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet and pour glaze over salmon and bake for 8-10min.
