Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, boiled, cooled & chopped
  • 2 cup uncooked Ditalini pasta
  • 1 bag of LG cooked Shrimp, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 3 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (if not more) finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh dill for garnish, or as needed
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley for garnish, or as needed

Step 1

1. Boil eggs, peel after cooling and chop

2. Cook & Drain Pasta, rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly

3. Add all ingredients to LG bowl and mix

4. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight
