Ingredients

  • 1 fennel bulb top trimmed off
  • Little cluster f fresh thyme
  • Chopped garlic 1 or 2 cloves
  • Toss with canola. Oil
  • Add some honey
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Slice fennel in half and then in about 1/2 inch wedges
Toss with other ingredients.
Roast at 400 f for about 20 mins.
