Ingredients
- Add to mixture:
- 1/2 cup butter (softened/melted)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 packages yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (if using cake yeast, dissolve in this water)
- Mix in:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

Cover bowl and let rise in the refrigerator overnight. (OR you can let it rise for a few hours without refrigerating it) The next day knead dough (It will be moist and elastic) Divide dough into 2 or 3 sections (depending upon the size of roll you want). Roll each into a round pie-size shape and brush with melted butter. Cut into 12 (or eight, if you want larger rolls) triangular sections. Roll up each section from the wide end to the tip to make crescents and put onto greased pan. Brush tops with melted butter. Let rise.
Bake: 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
