Preparation
Step 1
Cut honeydew melon in half; scoop out and discard seeds. Slice flesh into “planks” about ½-inch thick. Use various sized star cookie cutters to cut honeydew melon into star shapes. Reserve melon scraps for snacking or another use. {If you don’t want to make stars, just cut about half the honeydew melon into small cubes.}
In a large pitcher, stir together white grape juice, orange juice, and seltzer. Add honeydew stars, blueberries, and strawberries. Stir gently to combine. Add some ice.
Serve over ice.
NOTE: If preparing in advance, hold out the seltzer water and strawberries, adding these just before serving {so that the seltzer doesn't lose its fizz and the strawberries don't lose their color}.
Enjoy!
