Crab Boil

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Old bay or to taste
- 48 cups of water
- 6 whole medium onions with skin removed
- 3 bags of red potatoes, scrubbed and left whole
- 5 packages (16oz package) cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 16 ears of fresh corn, husks and silks removed
- 10 pounds of King crab
- 5 pounds of snow crab
- 4 pounds of shrimp, (16/20 count) peeled and deveined

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor cooker, or medium-high heat indoors. Add Old Bay Seasoning to taste, and bring to a boil.
2. Add the onions and simmer for about 10 minutes
3. Add potatoes, and sausage, and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the corn cook for another 5 minutes
5. Add crab/shrimp, bring back to boil and cook for 5 minutes
6. Turn off heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
7. 1. Drain off the water and pour the contents out onto a picnic table covered with brown paper. Grab a paper plate and a beer and enjoy!
