Ingredients

  • 1/3 C flour
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 3/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t oregano
  • 1 lb chicken breasts (pounded thin)
  • 3 T butter
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 C fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1 C marsala wine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, salt, garlic powder, and oregano then dredge chicken

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Place chicken and brown on both sides. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook about 1min. Stir in wine and scrap up the brown bits. Cover and simmer over med. heat about 15 min. or until the sauce has thickened.
