Ingredients

  • 8 bone in chicken thighs
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 1/4 C ketchup
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T sriracha
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T minced garlic

Step 1

Put chicken in a ziplock bag and mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken. Seal out as much air as you can and refrigerate 10 hours or over night.

Heat a large cast iron skillet over med. heat. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Once the pan and oil are hot place chicken and reserve the marinade. Cook chicken on all sides until browned.

Pour marinade over chicken and place in a 325F oven for an hour. Flip chicken every 20 min.
