Ingredients
- Put !/3 cup (100ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup (100ml) peanut oil
- 1 scant tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- sea salt and pepper in a measuring cup and whisk together until emulsified. Pour into a clean bottle, seal, and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
