Ingredients

  • Put !/3 cup (100ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup (100ml) peanut oil
  • 1 scant tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • sea salt and pepper in a measuring cup and whisk together until emulsified. Pour into a clean bottle, seal, and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
