Sausage and Spinach with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 sausage links - cut into slices
  • Fresh spinach
  • 1 box tube pasta
  • Garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pasta according to package directions while cooking sausage.

Heat large skillet. Add olive oil. Cook sausage until almost done. Add spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and heat thoroughly. When pasta is cooked to desired tenderness, add to sausage mixture. Allow broth to boil. If not enough liquid, add more broth.

Serve and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
