Ingredients
- 1 pound curly macaroni- cook until tender per directions
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 large sweet onion, finely grated-scant
- 2 large green peppers, finely chopped

Step 1
Bring to boil 1 cup vinegar and 1-1/2 cups sugar, let cool. Add one-pint mayo and salt to taste(mix till smooth). Mix dressing with macaroni & vegetable-let sit overnight or at least 12 hours. Will be juicy when mixed but will thicken. Stir occasionally. Serves 12.
