Step 1
Coat your pie iron with cooking spray. Set a shortcake in the iron " well " side up. Fill the well with pineapple and brown sugar. Then add a little butter some pecans and a cherry.
Dont flip this one. Toast over warm coals until the cake starts to darken up a bit and the butter has melted, checking often. Garnish as desired.
