Ingredients
- 1 C fresh brewed hot coffee
- 1 Tbl brown sugar
- 1 jigger Irish Whiskey (1 1/2 oz or 3 Tbls)
- Heavy cream, slightly whipped, or whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Fill a footed mug with hot water to preheat, then empty.
Pour piping hot coffee into the warmed mug about 3/4 full.
Add the brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Blend in whiskey.
Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over the back of a spoon.
Serve hot
