Beer Paloma

  • Grapefruit wedge
  • salt
  • 3/4 oz tequila
  • 4 to 5 oz chilled grapefruit juice
  • 4 oz chilled Muskoka Cream Ale or light lager

Preparation

Step 1

Gently pinch grapefruit wedge around rim of a large glass. Set grapefruit wedge aside. Rim glass with salt. Fill ¾ full with ice.
Add tequila and grapefruit juice. Slowly add Ale. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with reserved grapefruit wedge. Enjoy!
