- 1 package German chocolate cake mix
- 14 oz. caramels
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
1. Mix the cake according to package directions. Bake half the batter in a 9x13" pan for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
2. Melt caramels, butter, & milk together & pour over cake.
3. Sprinkle the chips & pecans over top of the cake. Pour remaining batter & bake 15 minutes more.
