Cherry Squares

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 t vanilla
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cram butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add flour and vanilla. Pour into 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Mark into 24 squares. Drop one heaping tablespoon of pie filling in center of each square. Bake 350 for 40 to 45 min/ While still warm sprinkle with confectionary sugar. Cut into squares.
