Ingredients
- 7.5 oz canned salmon drained without skin or bones
- 4 oz cream cheese ,room temp
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- dash of liquid smoke
- 1 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 TBSP onion Oppt.
- juice of one lemon
Preparation
Step 1
in a mixing bowl ,whip the cream cheese until smooth. add the smoked salmon and combine with the cheese until well mixed. squeeze in the lemon juice and then fold in the rest. serve with crackers or put into a tortilla for a wrap. enjoy!!!
