Ingredients

  • 250 g of dark chocolate
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • 50 g of sugar (although I usually add a bit less, maybe 30 g sugar)
  • 50 g of butter

Preparation

Step 1

You start out by melting the butter and the choc in a double boiler. While waiting, you beat the egg whites. When the butter and choc are all melted and smooth, you add the egg yolks and stir in. And then of course, you add the choc mixture to the very stiff egg whites. Stir together and then get into the fridge as quickly as possible so it doesn't flatten too much. It should then be ready in 1-2 hours.
