Ingredients
- 1 14.75-ounce can creamed corn
- 1 14.75-ounce can regular corn, drained
- 1 8.5-ounce box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until just combined.
Pour batter into greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
